Form Bespoke Jewellers are working jewellers with decades of experience of working with precious jewellery. They can work by hand in pewter or in CAD (computer aided design) to create your perfect piece for you to amend and approve before we cast in your choice of precious metal.
From the high street you'll pay inflated prices for a piece which will be one of many. Some may profess to have on site designers...but to truly know how a piece of jewellery is made, hands on experience is key. At Form you will sit down with your experienced jeweller, who understands the best proportions and styles when creating fine jewellery.
At Form, we’re in your hands. You control everything from diamond size and quality, platinum or gold, to the budget you're working to. As we do not have a showroom full of expensive stock like most traditional retailer shops, we only buy in what you need, which means we can keep our overheads low and that means amazing value for our customers which is highly competitive against the high street. This way bespoke does not mean expensive!

At Form, you meet with your jeweller, from initial appointment to receiving your finished piece - a totally different experience to being sold jewellery from a salesman.

Whenever you think your jewellery needs a spruce after it’s been purchased from Form, whether it’s for a special night, possibly an anniversary… or just to keep it looking its best, you’re more than welcome to come over to our Leeds studio where our staff will happily give it a loving clean and a polish, checking over all the diamonds/gemstones.
We offer all our customers complimentary life time maintenance on our jewellery. To validate this you must bring your jewellery to us to be checked every six months, when we will also clean, polish and if necessary re-plate you jewellery free of charge.
