The designing of this ring was a combined effort by ourselves and our customer. Once we agreed on the initial designing we were able to start work on the prototype (model), even at this point we were able to make slight changes to the prototype.
We always feel the way we work to be the best- seeing a prototype and being able put it on your finger gives you a much greater idea of proportions and general feel of a piece, apposed to seeing a design on a screen and the first time you get to try the ring on is when it's complete and too late for any alterations, if the finger size was incorrect it's a very tricky job to size a ring if it's set the whole way round.
Once the ring had been cast and hallmarked we received it back to us in Leeds, we part finished it and our customer was able to try if on and confirm the finger size was perfect.
Then it was set and finished by our talented team in Leeds.
